Most couples sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, enough time to visit 2-3 locations and capture a wide variety of natural, relaxed moments together. In Paris you might start at the Trocadéro with the Eiffel Tower behind you, cross the Pont de Bir-Hakeim and finish in the quiet lanes of Montmartre; on the Riviera your photographer will route you through Èze's stone passages before the tour groups arrive. The golden rule is to coordinate without matching — complementary colors and classic styles that reflect your personality. Solid, muted tones (cream, navy, sage, terracotta) photograph beautifully against Paris' limestone façades, Provence's ochre villages and the Riviera's blue. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and neon colors. Comfortable shoes matter: Montmartre's cobbles are steep, Èze is all stairs, and lavender fields are dusty. Bring a second outfit for variety on longer sessions, and a light layer for breezy evenings on the coast or by the lakes. Golden hour — shortly after sunrise or before sunset — gives the most flattering, warm, romantic light. In France, sunset ranges from around 5pm in winter to almost 10pm in summer, so plan accordingly. Sunset sessions on the Seine or above the Mediterranean at Èze are legendary, but they're also the busiest hours; sunrise shoots give you the Trocadéro, the Louvre courtyard or Annecy's old town nearly to yourselves. Midday works too in shaded old-town lanes, but the strong southern summer sun needs an experienced photographer. Sessions start from €310, and one to two hours runs to roughly €450 depending on duration and the number of edited photos. Park tickets are separate: inside the parks your photographer joins you as a paying guest, so their entry is one more ticket. A session outside the turnstiles, by Lake Disney or the hotel esplanade, needs no park ticket at all.

Central Plaza, where the castle fills the end of Main Street; Main Street itself in the first half-hour after opening, before the street fills up; Lake Disney and the promenade along Disney Village late in the afternoon; and the esplanade under the pink facade of the Disneyland Hotel, which is the cleanest single frame on the property.

Opening hour, without competition. The half-hour after the turnstiles open is the only time Main Street and Central Plaza are walkable, and in summer the light is still low. The other window is the last hour of the afternoon by Lake Disney, outside the parks. Midweek in term time is quieter than any weekend or school holiday.
