Packages vary by duration and the number of edited photos — a one-hour session usually stays in one place, the alignments or one stretch of the Quiberon coast, while a two-hour booking has time to link Carnac with the gulf shore or with the Vannes ramparts. Driving between the three takes real time, so agree the route when you book.

The Ménec and Kermario alignments for the standing stones, seen along the rows from the perimeter path; the Côte Sauvage on the western side of the Quiberon peninsula for cliffs and Atlantic swell; the low headlands at Larmor-Baden for the wooded islands of the gulf; and Vannes for half-timbered houses, the ramparts and the formal gardens laid out below them.

First light and the last two hours before sunset — in June that means before eight in the morning or after nine at night, because Breton summer days run long. Late August and September put purple heather and yellow gorse into the Carnac frames and thin the July crowds. Winter is windy and often grey, but the alignments are open and empty then.

Only part of the year. The alignments are fenced through the growing season to protect the heath, so from spring to early autumn a session works from the perimeter path or joins a guided walk from the Maison des Mégalithes; in winter the fields open to free access. Most couples sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, enough time to visit 2-3 locations and capture a wide variety of natural, relaxed moments together. In Paris you might start at the Trocadéro with the Eiffel Tower behind you, cross the Pont de Bir-Hakeim and finish in the quiet lanes of Montmartre; on the Riviera your photographer will route you through Èze's stone passages before the tour groups arrive. The golden rule is to coordinate without matching — complementary colors and classic styles that reflect your personality. Solid, muted tones (cream, navy, sage, terracotta) photograph beautifully against Paris' limestone façades, Provence's ochre villages and the Riviera's blue. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and neon colors. Comfortable shoes matter: Montmartre's cobbles are steep, Èze is all stairs, and lavender fields are dusty. Bring a second outfit for variety on longer sessions, and a light layer for breezy evenings on the coast or by the lakes.
