The Pont du Gard is twenty-five kilometres out of town, so pair it with the city only in a two-hour booking.

Both are paid sites. The arena charges per person for entry, and the Pont du Gard charges once per vehicle, which covers the car park and access to the river banks. The Maison Carrée is ticketed inside but free to photograph from the square outside, and the Jardins de la Fontaine are open and free. Most couples sessions last 60 to 90 minutes, enough time to visit 2-3 locations and capture a wide variety of natural, relaxed moments together. The golden rule is to coordinate without matching — complementary colors and classic styles that reflect your personality. Solid, muted tones (cream, navy, sage, terracotta) photograph beautifully against Paris' limestone façades, Provence's ochre villages and the Riviera's blue. Avoid busy patterns, large logos and neon colors. Comfortable shoes matter: Montmartre's cobbles are steep, Èze is all stairs, and lavender fields are dusty. Bring a second outfit for variety on longer sessions, and a light layer for breezy evenings on the coast or by the lakes.
